Red Class Woodland School Visit

Monday 12th March 2012

The Red class were excited to get back to Roe Valley. Today Mick took us on a long walk through the forest.

We stopped to listen to the River Roe

On our way to the pond

Ready, steady..... Go!

The pond at last!
We talked about animals who live in ponds and we all enjoyed exploring the frog spawn.

Back to our forest school!  Building bridges and balancing across them.

Mick has taught us well! We work together to search for minibeasts.  No log is left unturned!

We love a challenge! Building a den with Mick.

How many can fit in our den? Room for one more?

We've definitely worked up an appetite today!
Back to school for our pack lunches. For the Red Class, it doesn't get much better than that!
